Mobile lawyers and Android users rejoice—our full-featured app is now available for download. Incorporating client management, matter management, task management, calendaring, time tracking, and billing, the new Android app syncs seamlessly with your Clio account, ensuring that the information you need to successfully manage your practice is available to you anytime and everywhere. You can get the Android app here, completely free of charge (but it does require an active Clio account).
Fastcase goes Clio
An exclusive integration between leading legal research provider (and ‘most popular legal app among lawyers‘ for two straight years) Fastcase and Clio promises to change the way today’s lawyers and law firms conduct and manage their legal research. This new exclusive partnership means legal professionals can track time spent researching without taking attention away from the task at hand. From inside Fastcase, lawyers can now select from clients and matters in Clio, start a timer for their research session, and record the activity automatically in Clio.
Lawyers can also save documents from Fastcase directly into matters in Clio, significantly increasing organization and reducing administrative costs of research.
Putting the ‘great’ in ‘integration’
Clio now integrates with over 300 web apps (including Evernote, Mailchimp, Basecamp, and more) via our connection with Zapier, and our accounting integrations are getting more under the hood with a forthcoming Quickbooks Online integration and additional functionality to our existing Xero integration. If that isn’t enough, we also have a new integration with legal marketing service providerJurisPage, offering seamless client intake via a web form on your law firm website.
Clio: The Next Generation
Finally, Clio itself gets a number of in-app upgrades—a brand new document management interface with intuitive creation, management, and collaboration features; a quick bill feature that allows for the manual entry and creation of bills, populating client, matter and time entry data back to Clio once the bill is generated; and a forthcoming dashboard that gives complete oversight into the metrics that make your law firm tick, enabling you to make data-driven decisions for your business.
